As the leader of the Visualization business, Parimal deeply values frontline innovation, and problem-solving. He is a strong believer in actively listening and asking, ‘Do we really think this is a good idea?’ He is responsible for driving product innovation that delights customers. He is inspired by the clinicians Verathon serves globally, who provide the highest quality of care for critically ill patients. As part of his customer focus, he seeks to identify possibilities for growth, adapt creatively to changing needs and holds in the greatest regard the team at Verathon.
Parimal’s career spans high growth, MedTech businesses in Critical Care and Diagnostic Imaging. Prior to joining Verathon, Parimal was the GM for Ultrasound Radiology at Siemens Healthineers. Before this, he held various leadership roles at Becton Dickinson Urology, Medtronic Ventilators & Airways, Baxter Infusion Systems and GE Healthcare Molecular Imaging & CT. Parimal has led both large and small teams leaving a lasting impact on the culture; creating a results driven and customer obsessed organization. Parimal holds an EE from Regional Institute of Technology, India.

How would you describe the perfect weekend?
For me, a perfect weekend means being fully present for my family. Activities that make my weekend great include: attending my kid’s basketball games, taking snowboarding lessons together, holding a no-phone dinner table conversation, and closing with a late evening board-game.
